为促进海内外优秀青年学者之间的学术交流，为未来共同事业的发展打开空间，太阳成集团tyccc拟于2023年3月举办2023年度青年科学家（学者）国际论坛，并依托太阳成集团tyc设立通信与电子分论坛，通过专题报告与学术研讨，增进海内外优秀青年学者对太阳成集团tyccc和太阳成集团tyc的了解。本次论坛将采用线上视频方式进行。

To promote academic exchanges among outstanding young scholars at home and abroad, and open up space for the future development, ECNU has taken the initiative to host the annual international forum for young scientists (scholars) in March. During this period, School of Communication and Electronic Engineering (CEE) will host a sub-forum on communications and electronics. Through invited speeches on specific topics and academic discussion, the forum aims at enhancing the participants' understanding of ECNU and CEE. The forum will be hosted online.

青年科学家（学者）年龄一般在40周岁以下，具有海内外知名高校、研究机构博士学位，在所从事的学科前沿领域取得突出学术成果。

Young scientists (scholars) should be aged under 40, with a PhD degree from prestigious Chinese or foreign institutions of higher learning or research institutes, and have made outstanding academic achievements in the frontier area.
